As of August 2009 there is a problem with sending e-mail from @eracc.com to some @bellsouth.net and @att.net users. This is due to a switch to Yahoo e-mail for those accounts. Apparently Yahoo thinks e-mail from our domain is SPAM. Please use a different e-mail account when placing an order or signing up as a user if you have a bellsouth.net or att.net e-mail account. We recommend www.mail.com for this. If you would rather not use a different e-mail account then please check your SPAM folder using the webmail interface for your e-mail account.
