Home PC - Spyware, Adware, Virus, Malware Simple Cleanup (Flat Fee, Prepaid)

This is a prepaid flat fee service for a "simple" cleanup of a desktop, tower, laptop or notebook Home PC that has been infected with some form of malicious software (malware, a.k.a. "virus"). A "simple" cleanup is expected to take about an hour. This will almost always only apply to Microsoft based computers.

The PC has to be in the possession of ERA Computers & Consulting (ERACC) for this service. Therefore this service is offered in the Jackson, Tennessee, Madison County Tennessee and West Tennessee areas only. Once payment is confirmed a representative from ERACC will arrange for the PC to be picked up and delivered.

Clients outside of Madison County Tennessee will be charged a 75¢ per mile round trip fee for pickup and delivery. This too must be prepaid and will be calculated based on mileage between our location in Jackson, Tennessee and the client's location. This will be based on mileage calcualted for the address given for pickup using the [Directions] tab at http://www.mapquest.com/. The trip fee will be billed on a separate Paypal invoice to be prepaid via credit card or check card.

Notice: In some cases a full cleanup may make the system unable to boot and require a PC's operating system to be reinstalled. This adds $100.00 to the cost of a cleanup. If the client desires for data to be backed up in this case that adds an additional $50.00. All options for reinstall are shown under:

In these cases the client will be notified before any further work is done on the PC.

In some cases a cleanup will cause loss of data. If a client needs us to back up data before attempting a cleanup then that should be chosen in the drop-down list below.
