PC Cleanup - Remove Information from a PC for Sale or Trade

This is a prepaid flat fee service to clean up a desktop, tower, laptop or notebook PC of all personal or business information. This includes removing user accounts, user data and running a "free space" disk wiping tool to remove all traces of deleted data. Any data that the client desires to keep should be backed up prior to placing the system with ERACC for this cleanup service.

The PC has to be in the possession of ERA Computers & Consulting (ERACC) for this service. Therefore pickup and delivery for this service is offered in the Jackson, Tennessee, Madison County Tennessee and West Tennessee areas only. Once payment is confirmed a representative from ERACC will arrange for the PC to be picked up and delivered.

Clients inside West Tennessee but outside of Madison County Tennessee will be charged a 75¢ per mile round trip fee for pickup and delivery. This too must be prepaid and will be calculated based on mileage between our location in Jackson, Tennessee and the client's location. This will be based on mileage calculated for the address given for pickup using the [Directions] tab at http://www.mapquest.com/. The trip fee will be billed on a separate Paypal invoice to be prepaid via credit card or check card.

Businesses or individuals desiring this service from ERACC and that are outside our pickup and delivery area should arrange for shipping the system(s) both ways. ERACC recommends using FedEx Ground service for this.
