What am I ordering?

This item is for purchasing two or more hours of prepaid support for users of computer systems in a small to mid-sized business. This provides for remote and on-site support if the location is inside or within 30 miles of Jackson, TN. This provides for telephone, instant messaging and remote access support over the internet using SSH or VNC for all small to mid-sized business locations no matter the distance.

On-site support is available for locations outside of 30 miles up to 125 miles from Jackson, TN with the prepayment of mileage fees of 75¢ per mile round trip. These mileage fees are calculated based on mileage for the address given for the support call using the [Directions] tab at http://www.mapquest.com/. The trip fee will be billed on a separate Paypal invoice to be prepaid via credit card or check card.

What do I get with this order?

ERA Computers & Consulting (ERACC) will assist you with resolving hardware problems and software problems for hardware and software purchased from ERACC after the 30 days of "free" support has expired with purchase of this item. We will also attempt to assist you with hardware and software that was not purchased from us. However, in this latter case we require a minimum of 3 hours be purchased before we will proceed since we will need to spend time researching your hardware or software before we can assist with it.
