ZoneMinder VSS Support per Incident (prepaid)

This item is for an incident of prepaid ZoneMinder Video Surveillance System support for end-users and installers that purchased a ZoneMinder system from ERACC. This covers an incident until the incident is closed regardless of the time needed to resolve the support incident. If two or more incidents are occuring simultaneously then each incident needs to be paid separately. In these cases we recommend using our hourly prepaid support option for ZoneMinder. If in the USA please indicate in the order comments when would be a good time to call for a follow-up.

NOTICE: If one purchases a ZoneMinder Video Surveillance System system from ERACC then ERACC provides six months of "free" support for the system from the date the system ships out. One should verify that six months has elapsed before purchasing the prepaid support on this page.
