This item is to prepay for per incident ZoneMinder Video Surveillance System support. This will pay for full support to resolve a single support incident with a ZoneMinder Video Surveillance System purchased from ERACC. If there is more than one support incident then one must pay a separate incident fee for each incident. One may prefer to pay a per hour fee if more than two incidents need to be worked.

This item is NOT refundable.

NOTICE: If one purchases of a ZoneMinder Video Surveillance System system from ERACC then ERACC provides up to six months of "free" support for the system for the first six months from the date the system ships out. One should verify that six months has elapsed before purchasing this support.
