Preloaded Linux, FreeBSD, FreeDOS Laptop Quote

This page is for information about getting a preloaded Linux, FreeBSD and/or FreeDOS laptop from ERA Computers Custom Systems. ERA Computers & Consulting (ERACC) orders these from one of our distributors with the hardware options requested by our client. When the laptop arrives at our company ERACC installs the operating system(s) required by the end-user. These are an ERACC branded laptop.

Please note, any Quote Request without a valid shipping address and contact phone number will automatically get a request for this information before any quote will be created.

Current Laptop Models
These laptops are custom configured to client specifications. Available hardware choices of CPU, RAM amount and hard drive size. Available software choices of Linux distribution (Mageia recommended), FreeBSD, PCBSD, FreeDOS in either single OS configuration, multiboot configuration or single OS with other OS(s) in custom virtual machine(s) using VirtualBox (FreeDOS cannot be the host for this.).

We will even install a Microsoft OS as a special order using any of these configurations.

Order Payment and Shipping

  • All orders must be prepaid and paid in US Dollars.
  • We primarily ship to North America, meaning the USA, Canada and Mexico. However, we will ship internationally if requested.
  • Please note that international shipments may significantly increase the cost of a laptop order from ERACC.
