System Quote Form

This is a three page form to fill in so you may get a PC, Server or Mini-ITX System quote from ERACC On-Line Shopping. Items with a red asterisk * are mandatory.

This form requests a quote for a personal or server computer system. One will not be charged any fees for a quote. Quotes are "free" to you although they do take time and thus money for us to create. Please do not request a quote if you are not serious about placing an order for a new, custom PC from us. Thank you.

Notice: If you want to be able to access this form submission after it is created you need to login to your user account before starting this form. If you do not have a user account you can create one at the Create new account page.

The formats 123-123-1234 or (123) 123-1234 are preferred.

This is for including a second phone number where you may be reached. Such as a cell, business or home phone number.

If you are getting a quote for a business please include the name of the business here.

This must be filled with a valid address.
Any other content will prevent your quote from being created.

We ship primarily to North America. Specifically the USA, Canada and Mexico. If you are not located in one of these countries choose "International" for this field, then include your Country and State / Province in the comments.

Multiple formats, six/seven character, five digit, or zip+4 allowed. ("X1Y 2Z3", "12345" or "12345-1234")

If this is an International quote, please choose your country from this list.

If you select "This IS a multiple system quote." then this quote should be for multiple systems going to a business, school or charitable organization. Quantity discounts apply when ordering multiple systems. The amount of the discount depends on the number of systems requested.

The minimum quantity for a price break is six (6) PC systems. The systems must all be paid for on the same invoice at the same time to qualify for a discount. Financing for large orders can be arranged.

This is only valid with complete PC systems - must have operating system installed by ERACC and include keyboard, mouse or other pointing device and a  monitor.
The URL should point to a donation page if available. Note for eCS, this does not mean "sponsor units" for official projects. To purchase eCS project "sponsor units" just name the project and the number of "sponsor units" to purchase on your order.
