Unsolicited Customer Letters

In the course of building and selling products, in our case PC systems, companies usually hear from post-sale clients when there is a problem. However, a company will occasionally get a "thank you" letter from a client. These are greatly appreciated. This page lists some from our clients. Last names and other personally identifying information is withheld by request.

I like the setup on the tower. The USB ports are up higher. I used to have to get down on my knees to insert the memory key!!!! Now I can see it and reach it from my chair! Wow! Little things do mean a lot!

Hello Gene,

I opened up the computer box yesterday and am pleased to report everything made the trip safely.  I opened up the computer tower itself and am impressed.  You do very nice work.  Even though this is a kind of "low end" computer by today's standards, your care and skill in the assembly are evident.  Everything is beautifully laid out and the wire are all routed cleanly and well-secured.  The Antec tower is much nicer than I had anticipated, given the low price.

I spent today setting up the computer for my father.  I partitioned the hard drive and set it up as a dual boot machine with both Windows 7 and XP.  He will use XP most of the time, as I think that jumping to Windows 7 would be challenging.  But I do want him to be able to play with it if he wants.  I installed most of the software he'll need, but there are one or two applications for which he has the installation discs.  By the way, my dad is a corvette enthusiast.  I installed several corvette screensavers for him, and a folder full of dozens of beautiful corvette wallpapers.

For the very reasonable price of this machine, I am astounded by its speed and power.  I am very pleased with it, not only for the low price but for its quality and performance.  My father is going to be very, very happy.  And that's probably the best father's day gift I can give him.

Thank you for your patience in taking time to answer all of my questions, and for your keeping me informed of the computer's progress, from ordering through assembly and shipping, and even following its delivery!  I truly appreciate it.  If you ever have need for a referral, do not hesitate to ask.

All the best,
Henry
