User Accounts & Orders
User Account Creation
A user account with a client's real name, a client's current mailing address and a client's current e-mail address is required for placing orders with ERACC On-Line Shopping (ERACC OLS). Orders requiring shipment of products need to provide a valid shipping address. Please be aware that computer systems ordered from ERACC OLS cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box). A telephone number is required for the times ERACC OLS staff may need to contact a customer quickly about an order.
Note: On quote requests sent via our contact form a valid telephone number for the client and valid shipping address is required before quotes will be created.
User Privacy
User information is for ERACC OLS internal use only. ERACC OLS will not use user information for unsolicited e-mail. ERACC OLS reserves the right to occasionally send a flyer out via US Mail to selected customers. ERACC OLS will not give, sell or knowingly transfer user information to a third party. An exception to the latter is in the event that a United States based court issues a court order for the information ERACC OLS will likely comply with that court order after conferring with our lawyer.
User Account Deletion
NOTICE: User accounts that are created and not used to place an order or request a quote within 30 days of creation will be disabled. User accounts that ERACC OLS management determines are malicious attempts to crack our site will be deleted immediately. User accounts that have never been used to place an order and are over 1 year old will be removed.
Orders
Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Completed orders will be kept in our system in perpetuity at this point. In the future we may change this to remove orders older than a certain amount of time.
Pending, Incomplete or Canceled Orders
Pending orders for existing clients will be marked as canceled after 30 days if not completed within that time. Exceptions may be made on a per-order basis. Orders that are incomplete (still in checkout) or canceled will be deleted after 30 days of being marked as such. Orders in checkout that are incomplete and still assigned to "Anonymous" are deleted after 24 hours.
